Our club began with 4 founder members in 1988 at The Gate Inn, Brinsley. During the following years we met at several different hostelries in the area - and from July 2016 meetings are at The Excavator, Buckland Hollow.
The current membership is drawn from a wide range of ages, interests and occupations. The uniting factor is our enjoyment in owning and driving classic cars.
What is a "Classic Car" ? So far as our club is concerned, it is a car treasured because it has become special by virtue of its age or rarity. There is no minimum age restriction in the club and modern classics are welcome.
The club members have a variety of cars covering an age range of 80years from 1927 to 2007.
Most weekends from March to October you can find us at a classic show or out for a Sunday run and meal. Where possible, we take an Event Shelter to static events and hot drinks are available all day.
Weekends away are organised each year, which take in classic car or other interesting events around Britain.
